Crockett Community Center
The Crockett Community Center is located in a quiet wooded setting with the
picturesque St. Mark's Chapel nearby in the quaint community of Crockett. This
historic Craftsman style building was constructed in 1919 by the C&H Sugar
Company and open to the community in January of 1920.
The Auditorium has a vaulted ceiling, rustic stone fireplace, original maple hardwood flooring and a small stage. French doors line one side of the
room opening onto the wet bar, equipped with a 3 tap keg dispenser and beverage
refrigerator, additional seating space and overlooking the tennis courts. The
Auditorium is approximately 4,000 square feet and seats up to 300 guests. The
spacious commercial kitchen has a commercial refrigerator, 20 cubic foot
freezer, 6-burner gas stove, charbroiler, double-deck gas convection ovens, griddle, grill and commercial
dishwasher. There are two restrooms at the rear of the auditorium.
The Multi-Purpose Room is located adjacent to the Auditorium and can
accommodate up to 50 people. This room has a kitchenette with stove, oven,
refrigerator and sink. There is also an adjoining restroom.
The Park/Barbecue Area is located just outside the Center and is equipped
with built -in barbecues, five cafe tables and eight picnic tables. The
Park contains our beautiful eleven foot Gazebo, perfect for wedding
ceremonies. The Park can accommodate 200 seated for assembly.
All facilities can be rented individually or as a group. We take reservations one year in advance and accept cash, check and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
