The Crockett Community Center is located in a quiet wooded setting in the quaint community of Crockett.  This historic Craftsman style building was constructed in 1919 by the C&H Sugar Company and opened to the community in January of 1920.  The Auditorium has a vaulted ceiling, rustic stone fireplace, original maple hardwood flooring and a small stage.  French doors line one side of the room opening onto a wet bar, equipped with a 3 tap kegerator and beverage refrigerator with additional seating space overlooking the tennis courts.

The Auditorium is approximately 4,000 square feet and can seat up to 300 guests (banquet style).  The spacious commercial kitchen has a commercial refrigerator, 20 cubic foot freezer, 6-burner gas stove, double-deck gas convection oven, charbroiler, griddle, grill, commercial dish washer and small ice machine.  Our facility is fully ADA compliant. 
Tables and chairs for use by renters at no additional charge:
31 Round tables(60" diameter),
36 Rectangular tables(8'x30") and
325 metal padded folding chairs (tan in color).

The Facility rental fee (for one 8-hour block of time) is $1,530 for non-residents, $1,050 for residents (with proof or residency).  A $500 cleaning/damage deposit is required for rental.  We require $200 booking fee (non-refundable) due at time of contract signing that is applied to the rental fee.  Facility rental includes use of the Auditorium, commercial kitchen, multi-purpose room, wet bar and barbecue area.  For rentals over 8 hours, add $270 per hour for overtime use. 

Security may be required at an additional fee.
