Grant Opportunity: Phillips 66 CBA Bidders’ Conference

Register before it is too late! Supervisor Scales-Preson invits nonprofit organizations and community members interested in applying for Phillips 66 Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) Grants to attend the required Bidders’ Conference.
Attendance is mandatory to apply and will cover eligibility requirements, funding priorities, and guidance on preparing competitive grant proposals. Participants may attend in person or virtually, but registration is required.
