Partnership with C&H Sugar Company

By Joint Use Agreement signed in 1976, the District entered into a partnership with C&H Sugar Company for the joint treatment of industrial and municipal wastewater. Service Contract With West County Wastewater

Since 1974, the District has contracted with the West County Wastewater District for a variety of services. WCWD provides routine maintenance, repairs and emergency response for the District's two pumping stations and the old plant facilities, and they recommend capital replacements and improvement projects to the Crockett Sanitary Department. Financial Stability

The Crockett Sanitary Department receives the majority of its revenue for operations, maintenance, replacement and capital improvements from sewer service charges to its customers. A lesser amount is received from property taxes. Other revenue sources include grants, loans, capacity charges, interest on invested reserves, cost recovery and miscellaneous fees.
