The Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) has been prepared in compliance with requirements of the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Order No. 2022-0103-DWQ, to replace Order No. 2006-0003-DWQ. On July 7, 2005, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) issued a letter to the San Francisco Bay Region (Region 2) sewer collection system agencies that required the agencies to prepare an SSMP. The recipients included the Crockett Community Services District (CCSD or District), which manages two sewer systems through the Crockett Sanitary Department and the Port Costa Sanitary Department. The posting of the SSMP, which can be viewed in its entirety through the link below, fulfills the requirement by the SWRCB to meet the availability requirement in Monitoring and Reporting Program Order No. 2022-0103-DWQ (2022 MRP) for both the Joint C&H-Cvsa Biological Collection System and the Port Costa Collection System.
