The C.C. Café (Senior Nutrition Program) meets in the Crockett Community Center multi-purpose room providing a place for adults 50 years of age or older in the Crockett and Port Costa area to obtain a nutritious meal and visit with friends.
The Senior Center is operated by Meals On Wheels by Senior Outreach Services. Funding for the program is provided by donations to Senior Outreach Services.
